His credentials afford him unlimited practice rights at all levels of the IRS, he is admitted to practice before the US Tax Court and is well-educated and experienced in advanced tax reduction planning.. He is authorized to represent clients before the IRS for any tax matter in every state and will soon extend this representation to the United States Tax Court. His qualifications enable him to navigate the complexities of tax law and resolve even the most challenging IRS issues.
