Douglas is an Enrolled Agent (EA), a Certified Tax Planner (CTP), a United States Tax Court Practitioner (USTCP), and the founder and owner of Noble Pacific Tax Group. His credentials afford him unlimited practice rights at all levels of the IRS, he is admitted to practice before the US Tax Court and is well-educated and experienced in advanced tax reduction planning.. He is authorized to represent clients before the IRS for any tax matter in every state and will soon extend this representation to the United States Tax Court. His qualifications enable him to navigate the complexities of tax law and resolve even the most challenging IRS issues.

A distinguished alumnus of the University of California, San Diego, Bob brings a wealth of expertise to his position, underpinned by a robust background in financial services. His areas of specialization include operations management, process engineering, and quality control, all of which are instrumental in driving the firm’s operational excellence.

Daniel Cotts | Tax Attorney
Daniel is a skilled Tax Attorney with over 26 years of experience in the legal profession, Daniel brings a wealth of knowledge of Taxation, IRS Dispute representation & resolution, Estate Planning, Accounting, and Business & Contract Law.
Daniel attended Law School at the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, in Salt Lake City. After serving as Judicial Clerk for the 5th District Court of Utah for 2 ½ years, he relocated to Texas and earned his Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation at Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in Dallas.
After 7 years split between serving as a Senior Vice-President with the Generation-Skipping Taxation Department at the Northern Trust Co., and as an Editor/Author with CCH Taxation Software company, Daniel operated a successful practice in McKinney for several years.
Most recently, Daniel rounded out his background with an additional degree under his belt: a Master of Accountancy. Together with Doug, they will fight for the best resolution.

Ericka is a finance and accounting professional with over 9 years of experience. A graduate of Instituto Tecnológico de Monterrey, with extensive experience in billing, accounts payable management, and payroll oversight.
She is adept at analyzing financial and accounting data to support strategic decision-making, as well as developing budgets and cash flow projections. Her expertise also includes business diagnostics and revenue forecasting, making her a valuable asset in driving financial growth and organizational efficiency.
